  • Do you work with other agencies or in-house teams?
    Absolutely. We white-label for bigger agencies and collaborate often. Whether you’ve got a media buyer, a designer, or an established marketing department, we plug in seamlessly, with no ego and no double-handling. Everyone uses our central system, so nothing gets lost in translation.

  • Are there any industries you don’t work with?

  • Do you just post content, or do you build strategy too?
    We do both, but strategy is a separate one-off project. Our retainers include planning and execution, while strategy digs deeper: your brand voice, target audiences, content pillars, platform mix, and goals. It’s where real results start.

  • Can I hire you just for strategy or a one-off campaign?
    Absolutely. We’re happy to jump in for audits, launches, content plans or creative direction - even if you’ve got an in-house team running the day-to-day.

🎥 Content Creation & Collaboration

  • Who creates the content?
    We do! What that looks like depends on your package and preferences. Some clients prefer to capture content themselves (it can be a cost-effective option), and we’ll guide you on exactly what to shoot. But if that’s not your vibe, we’ve got it covered.

    Our team includes a photographer and videographer, and we regularly create content in-house - whether that’s UGC-style video, behind-the-scenes footage, Reels, or stills. We’ll always create or source what’s needed to get the best result based on your deliverables.

  • Do you offer content shoots?
    Yes. If content capturing is part of your package, we’ll shoot what’s needed - either regularly or in batches. For bigger campaigns, full-day or styled shoots can be quoted separately.

  • Can we use the content elsewhere?
    Absolutely. Anything we capture for you can be used across your digital channels - social, email, your website, and paid ads. You own it. No extra licensing fees, no fine print.

  • Is someone reviewing the content before it goes out?
    Yes, and always. Every single post is reviewed by a senior social strategist before it’s sent to you or scheduled. It’s part of our quality promise.

  • What platforms do you work on?
    Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest are where we shine. We also work in Klaviyo, Mailchimp, and HubSpot for email marketing. If a platform isn’t our strength, we’ll be upfront and refer you to someone who’s great at it.

  • Do you run ads too?
    Yes. For service-based businesses, we can manage social ad campaigns end-to-end. For e-comm brands, we often collaborate with a trusted performance agency and focus on producing killer creative. All retainers include boosting your top organic posts (ad spend is additional).

  • Do you care about follower count?

    You’ll have access to our custom-built project management platform, and trust us, clients rave about it. Everything updates in real time, it's beautifully organised, and you'll always know what's coming up, what’s been approved, and what’s live.

    Need your legal team or GM to check content first? Easy. We can customise the approval flow to suit your internal process. And we can add as many people as needed to your dashboard - no bottlenecks, no confusion, just clarity and control.

  • Who do I speak to day to day?
    You’ll be in touch with the people actually doing the work - no middle layers or mystery emails. Our team is responsive, thoughtful, and gets to know your brand inside out.

💰 Pricing & Packages

  • How much does it cost to work with you?
    Our monthly social media management packages start at $1,070 NZD + GST, which is ideal for service-based brands. This includes content planning, creation, community management, and light content capturing - either created by us or briefed and edited every 3–6 months.

    For product-based brands who need more frequent visual content, like Reels, UGC, photos, and videos, we simply build on the base package to include the additional production time required. The scope is flexible based on your needs, and we’ll make sure every deliverable is working hard for your brand.

    Strategy is a separate project and highly recommended as a starting point to ensure everything is set up for success.

  • Can you tailor a package to fit our team or budget?
    Definitely. If you already have someone writing captions or handling scheduling, we’ll adjust accordingly. We’re here to make social work for you, not sell you what you don’t need.

  • Is there a minimum commitment?
    Yes - we recommend a 6-month minimum for retainer work. Social media doesn’t thrive on quick fixes. It takes time to build trust with your audience, find what’s resonating, and start seeing consistent results. That said, you’ll usually feel the momentum much earlier. We’re in it for the long game, and the good kind of growth.

  • What if we need to cancel or pause?
    We get it - things change. We ask for 30 days’ notice so we can wind things down smoothly, but we’re also human. If something unexpected happens, just talk to us. We’ll work with you to pause or pivot in a way that protects your progress (and your sanity).
